Achievements
  • Awarded the Agricultural Service Recruitment Board-National Eligibility Test for lectureship/ Assistant Professorship at College/ University (2004) During my tenure as subject Matter Specialist in Krishi Vigyan Kendra Sivasagar & Jorhat. I was associated with the KVK mandatory activities such as conducting training, OFT & FLDs. Besides that, I was the team leader for schemes such as Technology Showcasing, Tribal Sub Plan. As an Assistant professor ( Stage III), in the department of Plant Breeding & Genetics, I am presently associated with teaching UG & PG courses at College of Agriculture, AAU, Jorhat. In the research front, I have successfully guided the research activities as Major Advisor of 8 M.Sc. students.
