  • •TEACHING:
    Associated with the teaching activities of Undergraduate courses of B.Sc (Hons.) Agriculture programme and also M.Sc.(Agri.) programme
    • Prepared several instructional teaching materials, teaching and laboratory manuals for undergraduate courses.
    • Guided 2 M. Sc (Agri) students as member of the Advisory Committee.
  • RESEARCH:
    Involved in Institution research related to management and ecological aspects of plant parasitic nematodes,
    Published 30 research papers in different National Journals.
  • EXTENSION:
    • Organized and Imparted trainings to extension personals, agriculture input dealers and farmers under the activities of KVK, Technology Mission, other training programmes organized by Dept. of Agriculture.

    • Imparted trainings to farmers of Biswanath District under “Amar Gaon Amar Gaurav” Programme.
    • Acted as resource person in several “Farmers-Scientists Interaction” programmes in farmers fare, kisan mela and other exhibitions.
    • Conducted several Front Line Demonstration under the activities of KVK and BNCA.
    • Conducted several OFT and MLT under the activities of KVK and BNCA.
    • Participated several Exhibitions organized by Biswanath District Administration, District Agriculture Office, Biswanath and by various school of Biswanath District.
    • Participated several Radio talks broadcasted by AIR, Dibrugarh, Jorhat and Tezpur.
    • Participated as an expert in live telecast of “Agricultural Crop Seminar” on 7.2.2015 organised by programme Executive, DDK, Guwahati at FMTTI campus, Biswanath Chariali.

    • In-Charge, Department of Nematology, BNCA (2011 to till date).
    •Acted as Programme Supervisor, RAWE programme (Academic session 2011-12 to 2015-16 and 2017-18).
    *Acted as Programme Officer of National Service Scheme of BNCA Unit (2014 to till date).

    • Accompanying as Professor In-Charge of Educational excursion of BNCA Students to South India during the Academic session 2015-16.
    • Accompanying as Professor In-Charge of AAU NSS contingent for participating in the Adventure Training programme held at Dirang, AP from 24th November to 3rd December, 2018.

  • FARM MANAGEMENTS AND PRODUCTION UNIT:
    • Acted as Farm Manager of Biswanath College of Agriculture Farm for production of different grades of seeds of upland field crops (August 2015 to June 2022).
    • Acted as In-charge of Plantation Crop Garden of BNCA for production of
    green tea leaves, black pepper, cinnamon, sun dried rubber sheet, plant saplings production etc(August 2015 to June 2022).
    • As a member of Bioinput satellite laboratory for biopesticide & biofertilizer production at BNCA.
